About Fujitsu
Fujitsu is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, and is the world's third-largest IT services provider. Established on June 20, 1935, the company is best-known for manufacturing computing products, but it has also recently ventured into personal computing, telecommunications and microelectronics.
Fujistu is well known for introducing products boasting next-gen technology. In 1992, for example, it introduced the world's first 21-inch full-colour plasma display. More recently, at CES in January 2012, Fujitsu also announced the world's first waterproof tablet and quad-core smartphone.
The Japanese tech-firm also recently entered the Windows Phone market, launching the Fujitsu IS12T in July 2011. This handset runs Microsoft's Mango software, and touts an impressive 13.2 megapixel rear-facing camera.
