Galaxy Tab 10.1Vodafone has finally started selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1, following Samsung‘s ongoing battle with archrival Apple.

Prices for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, available with 32GB storage only, start from £299, when bought with a 2-year £27 contract – a hefty grand total of £877. Aimed at the ‘regular user’, this tariff comes equipped with 2GB of included data and 1GB of BT Openzone WiFi.

Alternatively, you can fork out £499 for the 10.1-inch slate, which can be paired with either a £7.50 or £15 tariff. This’ll bag you either 500MB or 2GB of data, with the latter also offering 1GB of BT Openzone WiFi usage.

In terms of specifications, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, unsurprisingly, comes with a 10.1-inch capacitive display, dressed in Android 3.1 (Honeycomb) OS and Samsung’s traditional TouchWiz UI. You’ll also find a speedy 1GHz Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core processor, dual 3 megapixel and 2 megapixel cameras, 720p HD video, full Adobe Flash support, and HSDPA and WiFi connectivity.
