Full specifications have leaked for the HTC Runnymede and HTC Bliss, hinting that a launch could soon be on the cards. Next week, perhaps.
The HTC Runnymede, which has also today surfaced in some official looking promo shots (right), will be one of the first HTC handsets to come equipped with Beats Audio technology onboard – as you can see from the logo on its rear.
According to the handset’s newly-leaked spec sheet, it’ll also come packing a 1.5GHz single-core processor, powering its massive 4.7-inch (480 x 800) capacitive touchscreen. Like its similarly-specced HTC Titan brother, the phone will still manage to measure in at a svelte 9.9mm thick – just a shade chunkier than the iPhone 4.
Also expect the Runnymede to come equipped with Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera with 720p HD video, a 1.3 megapixel front-facing shooter, Bluetooth 3.0, HSDPA and WiFi connectivity, and 16GB of built-in memory with room to expand via microSD.
The HTC Bliss, on the other hand, is a mid-range device targeted specifically at women. This handset’s specs have also been revealed, confirming it’ll tout a 3.7-inch WVGA touchscreen, a 1GHz processor, a 5 megapixel camera with HD video, an LED notification light, Bluetooth 3.0, HSDPA and WiFi connectivity, and a powerful 1600mAh battery.
No official word on either handsets pricing or release date, but all could be revealed in just a few days time.
