Carphone Warehouse confirms Samsung Galaxy Nexus pricing

Samsung Galaxy NexusCarphone Warehouse has revealed that it’ll soon be ranging the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, and has confirmed its pricing for the ICS smartphone.

Thankfully, the retailer’s pricing is no where near as expensive as Phones 4u’s wallet-busting tariffs. Instead, Carphone Warehouse will be offering the phone for free on a £35 two-year-long contract, although the exact details of this deal are still to be confirmed.

If you can’t wait for the retailer to kick-off its pre-orders, you can already order the phone from Clove for £515 SIM free.

The Samsung Galaxy Nexus is the world’s first Android Ice Cream Sandwich handset, and looks set to hit Blighty at some point in November.

On the spec-front, the once-named Nexus Prime touts a 4.65-inch (1280 x 720) HD Super AMOLED screen, powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor. There’s also a 5 megapixel camera with 1080p HD video, a front-facing video-call camera, HSDPA and WiFi connectivity, and 16GB of built-in memory.
