The Samsung Galaxy M Pro has launched in the UK following its August announcement, and is now available to pre-order for £340.
The Galaxy M Pro is part of Samsung‘s “magical” line-up, and aims to woo customers away from RIM’s newly-announced BlackBerry 7 smartphones with its touchscreen/QWERTY input combo. On the spec-front, the handset – although cheap – boasts a decent 2.66-inch capacitive display, and a tactile portrait keypad for bashing out messages.
You’ll also find Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS, with Samsung’s TouchWiz interface on top – offering-up the usual Facebook and Twitter apps, Samsung Hubs and multiple customizable homescreens. Other included features include; a 1GHz processor, a 5MP rear-facing camera, a VGA video-call camera, HSDPA and WiFi connectivity and expandable memory up to 32GB.
Now, courtesy of the guys at SIM free retailer TheOrder.co.uk, you can pre-order Galaxy M Pro handset, for £339.49 upfront. There’s no official word on the handset’s release date, but we’ve been in touch with Samsung for further information.
