O2 has waived the £105 upfront cost on RIM‘s highest-spec BlackBerry Bold handset, which means you can now grab the phone for free on a £32 contract. This two-year-long contract will also bag you a decent 600 minutes, 500 O2-to-O2 minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB of monthly data. Bump this up to £36, and you’ll bag a more-generous 1GB internet.
Not keen on the Bold 9900? O2 has also slashed the price QWERTY-sliding BlackBerry Torch 9810, which is now free on a £27 tariff, also saving you £105. This similarly-long 24 month contract will equip the second-gen Torch with 300 minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB of mobile data.
Other phones included in the O2 January sale including the Samsung Galaxy S2; which is available for free on a £27 tariff, the HTC Sensation XL; which can be grabbed for nothing on a £32 contract, and the super-slim Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S.
