Samsung Galaxy S2 gets exclusive The Best of Britain app

Samsung and Visit Britain have teamed up to launch The Best of Britian mobile application, which will be available exclusively on Samsung Galaxy devices.

Launched in time for the much-hyped 2012 Olympics, the app aims to equip users with a “wide scope of social, cultural, fun and enriching experiences during their stay in the UK.” For example, it’ll direct you to the best nearby restaurants and provides an  in-depth guide to the hundreds of must-see towns and villages across the UK. The app, which will no doubt be free to download on your Galaxy S2 or Galaxy Tab, will also provide information about the Olympic Torch Relay and Olympic venue destinations.
