Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 confirmed for T-Mobile

February 21st, 2012

T-Mobile has announced that it plans to range the new Samsung Galaxy Mini 2, following this morning’s confirmation that it will also be selling its Galaxy Ace 2 brother.

A post on the official @TMobileUKNews Twitter account confirmed the good news, saying: “For those wondering, we plan to range both the Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 and Galaxy Mini 2. Details on pricing and availability to follow.” This sees the network following in the footsteps of Orange and Three, who will also be offering the duo of handsets.

It may boast as lengthy a spec sheet as the Samsung Galaxy Ace 2, but the Mini 2 does improve on the original with its bumped-up features. You’ll find a larger 3.27-inch HVGA touchscreen, alongside an 800MHz CPU and Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

Believe it or not, this miniature handset also manages to squeeze in a 3 megapixel rear-facing camera, integrated NFC smarts, fast HSDPA and WiFi connectivity, up to 32GB of expandable storage and a 1300mAh battery.
