Nokia Asha 302 hits online shelves for £129

Nokia Asha 302Nokia’s Asha 302 has hit online shelves for £129 SIM free, with a release date slated for two week’s time.

The Asha 302 is the spiritual successor to the Nokia Asha 201, touting a slimmer 13.5mm-thick chassis and an upgraded 3.2 megapixel camera. Like its predecessor, the 302 also arrives packing a 2.4-inch 320 x 240 touchscreen, a portrait QWERTY keypad and Nokia‘s feature-phone Symbian Series 40 OS.

Announced at Mobile World Congress this week, the phone also features a built-in media player with FM radio,  up to 32GB expandable storage, a 1320mAh battery, HSDPA and WiFi connectivity and a bunch of pre-installed networking apps (Facebook, Whatsapp, IM).

The Nokia Asha 302 is now available to pre-order over at Very.co.uk, who give you the choice of buying the phone upfront for £129.99, or of paying £43 over three months. The retailer’s promising that the phone will start shipping in two week’s time, although there’s no exact availability details.

One released, the phone will also be available to buy at Three.
