The cheap and cheerful LG Optimus L3 is now up for pre-order on pay monthly price-plans, with prices starting from just £10 a month.
Announced at MWC in February, the Optimus L3 is LG’s take on the HTC Explorer, touting a compact 3.2-inch touchscreen and Google’s Android Gingerbread software. Buyers will also find a 1GHz processor, a 3 megapixel rear-facing camera, 32GB included memory and integrated NFC tech.
Dial-a-phone, a subsidiary of popular retailer Phones 4u, has began taking pre-orders for the affordable LG smartphone on tariffs with most of the major UK networks. As expected – the handset’s dirt cheap, and can be yours on a 24 month £10.50 Orange contract. This’ll also equip the phone with 30 minutes, 500 texts and 100MB data each month.
Alternatively, you can pick up the phone on pay as you go with either O2, Orange or Vodafone for £79.89, when bought with the mandatory £10 top-up.
Unfortunately, there’s no word on the phone’s exact release date, but we’ve been in touch with LG for further information.
