Motorola has announced that it’s latest 90′s throwback handset, the Motorola Gleam Plus, is now available to buy in the UK.
Motorola’s second-gen Gleam is just as basic as its predecessor, although it boasts a skinnier 13.5mm-thick chassis and an upgraded LED matrix on the front (pictured). On the spec-front the clamshell handset also features; a 2.8-inch display, a traditional keypad, a 2 megapixel rear-facing camera, a built-in music player with FM radio and up to 16GB of expandable memory.
“The Motorola GLEAM+ is as stylish and easy to use as ever for the consumer who enjoys the simple things in life, without compromising on design and functionality,” said Victoria McManus, UK and Nordics marketing director, Motorola Mobility. “We designed this handset with a clear focus on delivering a great experience in a simple, sleek and stylish design.”
Sold? The Motorola Gleam+ is available to buy from Tesco, both in store and online. Prices start from just £10 a month on a 24 month contract, which also bags you 100 minutes and 5000 texts.
