Editor's Review of the 2323 Classic
The Nokia 2323 Classic is as its name suggests, a "classic" mobile phone, and a cut above the rest when it comes to functionality. It may not arrive with most high-end of features, but this affordable handset is ideal for technophobes who want the job done.
At just 107 x 46 x 13.8 it's a tiny little handset, yet its hardened plastic casing and robust design means it's built to endure the roughest of tumbles. It may be small, but the Nokia 2323 Classic still manages to pack a 1.8 inch 128 x 160 display, and a large traditional keypad, fit for the biggest of fingers.
Built to communicate, the Nokia 2323 also offers SMS, MMS and email support, its comfortable keys making messaging a breeze. It also comes equipped with dedicated call keys, a built in speaker phone and call-conferencing for up to 3 people, making it suitable for both business and personal use.
When you look past this handset's primary functions, it arrives equipped with little else. Despite its lack of 3G and WiFi connectivity the handset still packs an integrated browser, although surfing the web can be slow and painful with pages struggling to render on the 1.8 inch display. It also offers a built in MP3 player with FM radio, but with no 3.5mm audiojack, you're stuck with the bundled headphones which lacked in quality.
Still, with up to 4GB of storage and a hefty 1020mAh battery, this handset is ideal for those of you after a phone for calls and texts only.
