Sagem, although no longer functioning, released an array of mobile phones in the early 2000s, including branded devices for the likes of Porsche Design and Vodafone. It also released a number of Sagem-branded phones, including mid-range clamshell devices and easy to use candy bar mobiles.

About Sagem
Sagem was founded in Paris in 1925, as a firm involved in defence electronics, consumer electronics and telecommunication systems. Early products included electrical components, power distribution equipment, cameras, projectors and military equipment, although the phone moved into the mobile phone business, under the guise of Sagem Wireless.
The company's first "connected lifestyle devices included branded devices for firms including Porsche Design and Hello Kitty, and the firm more recently joined forces with Puma, to deliver a phone that is "completely tailor designed, from the inside out". The French mobile device manufacturer more also produced a large range of handsets under the Sagem brand, including the clamshell Sagem my730c and the candy bar Sagem my512x.
In Q2 2011, Sagem Wireless was renamed Mobiwire SA, although shortly after the firm became bankrupt.
