With a few features tweaked to give it a distinct identity, the Sony Ericsson W205 is a member of the Walkman range which Sony Ericsson is decidedly famous for. This handset essentially takes the major characteristics of the Sony Ericsson W395 and the Sony Ericsson W302. Donning a sleek black casing, this mobile phone is a modern handset that oozes with sophisticated style.

This modern mobile phone is compact in size and works on slide mechanism. It has the full measurements of 92 x 47 x 16.4 millimetres and is a lightweight communication gadget that tips the scale at 96 grams. The front part of this handset is highlighted by a 45.72-millimetre TFT screen that displays picture wallpapers and animated images in 65,000 colours at 128 x 160 screen resolution. This mobile phone supports both MP3 and polyphonic ringtones, which users may opt to assign as tones for messages and calls and other alerts.

This mobile phone offers regular features of SMS or text messaging with support for Predictive Text Input, as well as multimedia messaging.
